Return Policy

We have a “7 day” return policy, which means you have 7 (seven) days after receiving the item to request the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with the seller’s seal, in its original packaging and you will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Any used, damaged, dirty,  altered item, or without the seller’s seal will not be accepted for return. 

How to return

To initiate a return, you should  contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your order. Items sent back for us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You must ship your return up to 7 calendar days after receiving confirmation from us by email. Otherwise, your refund or request for exchange will be cancelled.

You can always contact us for any questions at [email protected]. Please include your order ID and your first name and last name so we can identify your purchase.

Non-refundable items

Any used, damaged, dirty,  altered item, or without the seller’s seal will not be accepted for return. 

Any items returned back must be selled with the seller seals.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items on clearance or free-cards.

Exchanges

We don’t process exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order. This allows for faster turnaround as the new order can be shipped before the  

Refunds

Products returned that don’t meet the return criteria above described on the “Non-refundable” section will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange request will be canceled.

If your product(s) meets the condition above, our team will issue you a refund that will be processed as soon as it passes the inspection. Once the inspection is approved, we will sending you a confirmation our request to your payment provider for a refund.

You should wait between 5 to 15 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement.

We will be refunding you for the total purchase cost, including the tax expenses.
